Here's My Woodworking!

I started woodworking about a year before I retired (11 years ago) so that I would have an activity other than golf to fill my days. I began with small projects and slowly moved to larger ones.
My first heavy project was my workbench which I designed on Sketchup and built out of maple and walnut. The top was so heavy I had to use a wench to move around.
My next large project was several different pieces of bedroom furniture.
As I continued to build, my projects began to get heaver than I was ready to deal with and I decided to move to smaller and lighter projects. A lathe seemed to fit the bill on which I started with pens and other small items.
After watching a video on segmented bowl turning, I built a jig to cut segments and started to turn bowls.
