Woody made of oak, maple and walnut

I started woodworking the same way many other woodworkers have - out of necessity. Before my daughter was born, we needed a crib but couldn't afford one at the time so I got some pallet wood from where I worked and made a cradle out of it, which we still have today, 44 years later.

As time went on friends and family would ask me to build things and the first big challenge was my friend asked me if I could build doors for his kitchen out of pine, so I got a book on doors and made my first set of raised panel doors. I've been building stuff ever since.
