This is a perfect beginning carving / whittling project that uses minimal tools, but will let you learn and practice knife whittling skills to set you on your way for a hobby of wood carving. Jim will show basic techniques for controlled, safe cutting, give pointers on sharpening and share tips for painting your newly carved Dala horse at home.
