Gränsfors Bruk Outdoor Axe

The head on the Gränsfors Bruk Outdoor Axe is a wee bit larger than the head on the Mini Belt Hatchet, so it is a trim little axe. The cutting edge is 2-1/2" long and the front to back measurement of the head is about 4-5/8". The head weight is 1 pound. OAL is 14-1/2". The handle has a steel collar for handle longevity. Yes, you can use it indoors, even though it is called an outdoor axe. Just don't work over a stone floor hearth without some wood down for protection and don't use the axe at the dining room table!

The Swedes are the world's greatest axe enthusiasts, and Gränsfors Bruk is one of their finest forges. Each axe is carefully forged by an experienced smith who shows his pride in his work by stamping his initials on the head next to the company logo, and each smith is introduced in the booklet that accompanies every Gränsfors Bruk axe. After forging, each blade is ground to a 25° bevel and honed to a razor edge - handle with care! Each axe is fitted with a tight-grained hickory handle and provided with a grain-leather sheath with snap fastener.

We do not sell Gränsfors Bruk tools to resellers.
We reserve the right to cancel any order we believe to be from a reseller.
