Like a lot of woodworkers, you probably need to move you bandsaw out of the way when you're not using it. Unfortunately, bandsaws are heavy and hard to move. Rikon's 13-326 Mobility Kit with Foot Pedal makes moving your 10-324, 10-324TG, 10-325, 10-326 or 10-1414 bandsaw easy.

The kit has two main parts: the axle & two wheels mount on the column side of the saw and the lift bracket with foot pedal that mounts on the table side of the saw. The feet of the lift bracket are the same height as the wheels so the saw stays level. To move the saw, you step on the foot pedal - raising the saw onto the swivel caster. Then, you can move the saw easily over most smooth surfaces.

Installation is quick and easy. You only need a pair of pliers, a wrench and a couple of two by fours (to prop up the saw while you mount the wheels and lift bracket). It took us about five minutes to mount it on our saw.
