Animal Glues

For centuries Animal Glue has been used in making furniture, musical instruments and in the decorative arts.

Animal glues possess a variety of properties such as reversibility, color absorption, fast tack, super strength and it will not "creep". Animal glues are natural protein glues, chemically similar to gelatin and relatively safe to use. Animal glues can be debonded at any time with gentle heat, they are an obvious choice for sensitive restoration and repair jobs, and the choice for Luthiers.
