These dovetail jigs have all the great features you've come to expect from Leigh but at a lower price! They are available in 18" and 24" models. Like previous Leigh versions, you can cut variably spaced through and half-blind dovetails in a variety of material sizes and thicknesses in two passes, or you can cut both sides of fixed spaced half-blinds at the same time. Maximum board thickness for half-blind dovetails is 1" and 13/16" for through dovetails. The Super Jigs also make sliding dovetails and 5/16" and 5/8" box joints right out of the package. There's no additional template to buy. You can even fine-tune the fit of the fingers with Leigh's E-Bush template guide that adjusts in increments of .002".

Leigh's speed clamps provide a powerful grip, and make the finger assembly easier to slide and read. There's even a handy on-board reference card with set up information, and a quick setup jig for box joints and half-blind dovetails that stores on the jig.

Jig Versions and Packages

The Leigh Super Dovetail Jigs are available in both inch and metric versions. Both versions use the same template guides and routers bits and come with the same standard equipment. The only difference is that the Metric jig has guide scales graduated in millimieters.

A Leigh Super Dovetail Jig can be purchased by itself or packaged with accessories at a savings. You can add the Vacuum & Router Support(VRS) or the Accessory Kit which includes the VRS and 7-piece bit set.
