SawStop Dust Collection Blade Guard
This is the standard blade guard on 3HP Professional Cabinet Saws. If you have a 1.75hp Professional Cabinet Saw and would like to use the Overarm Dust Collector Attachment , you need to upgrade your saw with this guard.
This blade guard can also be used to upgrade SawStop Contractor's Saw for overhead dust collection.
You can also connect a shop vac hose directly to the port on the dust guard without using SawStop's Overarm Dust Collector Attachment if you figure a way to support the your hose from above in order to keep the table area free and clear. The O.D. of the port on the dust guard is 1-9/16". The I.D. is 1-5/16" and goes in for 3/4" where it reduces down to allow you to jam fit in an 1-1/4" O.D. fitting.
All Industrial Cabinet Saws and 3hp Professional Cabinet Saws come with this blade guard as standard equipment.
