Kreg Precision Bandsaw Fence KMS7200

Kreg's versatile bandsaw fence is a vast improvement over the typical stock fences that come on most 14" bandsaws and it is simple to install on most saws. The 18" aluminum extruded fence adjusts front to back along the 26" front rail and adjusts for blade lead. The fence easily accepts shopmade add-ons like high fences, stop blocks or Kreg's optional curved resaw guide.

The Kreg bandsaw fence has several significant improvements over its predecessor: The 26" long rail includes an integral magnifying cursor for accurate setting against the self-adhesive scale you install to match your particular saw. The rail itself is much beefier than before. The most work has been done on the sliding baseplate, however. It is now a 6" wide section of a massive aluminum extrusion (13/16" thick at its maximum) that engages the rail through a central star knob and two outriding nylon cap screws in a T-square arrangement. As you'd expect, this makes adjustment smooth and locking both easy and secure. Adjustment range for blade lead has been enhanced, and the optional micro-adjuster lets you dial in width of cut with wonderful fineness. The result is a rip fence that rivals a good tablesaw fence for ease of use and positive adjustment.
