FLOOR STAFF JOB DESCRIPTION
- Serving customers in person and on the phone in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.
- Addressing customer questions, concerns and requests on both technical and process issues.
- Occasional receiving of product and placing into inventory.
- Picking product from the warehouse/storage room, which involves walking and may require heavy lifting/carrying.
- Operating a computer software system to process payment of orders.
- Helping to keep the retail area clean.
