Bill Whiteside founded Whiteside Machine Company in 1970. When he first began supplying tooling to NC's huge furniture making industry, Bill worked out of his basemant. Whiteside is still family-owned but has now grown to occupy a 40,000 square foot factory in Claremont, North Carolina.

Whiteside offers a full range of router bits. Their rigid quality control and precision manufacturing techniques have repeatedly resulted in highest ratings in Fine Woodworking magazine tool reviews.
