If for any reason you are not satisfied with any stock item purchased from Highland Woodworking, return it to us within 60 days of receipt (30 days for Festool tools) and we will promptly replace it or refund the purchase price of that item, according to your preference.

Orders are processed soon after receipt and are usually shipped within 2 business days via FedEx ground or US Mail, depending on location and weight.

We do not ship combustible materials by air.

If we are out of stock on an item, we will either back order or cancel that item according to any special instructions entered with your order or our ability to source the product.
