The PA-HL Parallel Side Fence provides additional support and guidance against the edge of a workpiece when using the HLC 82 Cordless Planer. The stop is adjustable from 0 to 82mm (0 to 3-1/4").
The Parallel Side Fence is included with the HLC 82 planer. You do not need to purchase one separately when buying a new planer.
The Parallel Side Fence attaches directly to the HLC 82 cordless planer to provide accurate, edge-referenced guidance when planing rabbets and working close to an edge. By maintaining a consistent distance from the workpiece edge, it helps keep the planer tracking straight and parallel throughout the cut. This controlled guidance prevents lateral drift, resulting in cleaner, more uniform rabbets and improved accuracy compared to freehand planing. Quick to install and easy to adjust, the Parallel Side Fence adds precision and repeatability to edge-guided planing tasks.
