The Flexcut Hook Strop and Hook Hone are used to sharpen and polish the inside edge of any hook knife. They can sharpen any hook knife with an internal radius of 11mm (7/16") or larger.
Hook Strop
Leather-wrapped rod for polishing the inside edge of your hook knife in order to keep it razor sharp. The Hook Strop is also used to remove the wire edge that forms after sharpening with the Hook Hone. Each package includes the hook strop, a 1-1/2 oz. bar of Flexcut Gold Compound and instructions.
Hook Hone
For sharpening the inside edge of your hook knife using abrasive paper as a more aggressive solution to remove nicks and scratches from the cutting edge. Includes wooden rod, four abrasive sheets (two each of 400 & 600 grit), a dowel wedge, two rubber o-rings and instructions.
Hook Sharpening Set
Includes both the Hook Strop and the Hook Hone.
