Leigh Guide Bushing
The guide bushing (also known as a template guide) is the primary link between your router and every Leigh joinery template. The guide bushing guides the movement of your router to insure you make a tight joint.
Leigh's current guide bushings are based on the "universal" (or Porter-Cable style) guides used by many routers. Unfortunately, many router manufacturers use their own guide bushing systems. If your router doesn't use this style of guide bushing, you'll need to get a guide bushing adapter to mount it to your router.
Milling operations with Leigh dovetail jigs use the first five bushings listed below: e7, e8, e10, 711C & 716C. We also stock some older and specialty bushings.
Please Note : These guide bushings are not used with the Leigh Isoloc templates or with the F1600 Finger Joint Template. Those templates use the Leigh Variable Guide bushings (VGS).
