The GRR-RIPPER PRO is designed to give woodworkers of all skill levels the confidence and control needed to achieve perfect cuts every time. Whether you're making thin rips down to 1/4", handling irregular-shaped stock, or performing intricate cuts on a router table, the GRR-RIPPER PRO offers the precision and safety you need.
Putting your fingers next to a spinning blade or bit is serious business. The Micro Jig GRR-Ripper stock control system is serious about making it safe to do the close work that sometimes has to be done on the tablesaw, router, jointer and bandsaw.
The Micro Jig GRR-Ripper lets you grip, hold and feed both sides of small workpieces, ripping strips as narrow as 1/4 inch (down to 1/8 inch with an optional leg). Grooved non-slip pads on the bottom of the jig's adjustable legs grab & hold your work securely. The legs bear on your material on both sides of the cut, with the body of the jig acting as a tunnel over the blade as protection.
A large push handle keeps your hand well above blade. For ripping strips with little material situated on the outside of the blade, a balance support fence keeps the Micro Jig GRR-Ripper level and steady. For workpieces longer than 16 inches, two Micro Jig GRR-Rippers are recommended.
The Grr-Ripper GR-300MAX includes the Safe Rip Kit, which makes it easier to line up cuts so that you don't accidentally cut the center leg or the Grr-Ripper.
The Gravity Heel mounts to the back of the Grr-Ripper and drops down as needed to grip the back of your stock so it's easier to push through the cutter.
The Deflector-connector and bridge kit are used to connect two Grr-rippers together for more control on large workpieces. (Second Grr-Ripper sold separately.)
