Ramia's first workbench in a traditional American design stands out from other models due to its unique vise configuration. This model is equipped with a side vise identical to the front vise, significantly expanding its versatility. This is made possible by the prepared mounting for both spindles, which are already installed on the underside of the benchtop. As a result, you can flexibly adjust the vise positions as needed—placing both at the front, on the sides, or choosing a left- or right-handed configuration - all of this within few secounds.

Each vise is additionally equipped with a stabilizing screw-set that prevents unwanted racking. The result is extremely firm and precise clamping during work. Using the stabilizing screw-set, you can set the same thickness as the workpiece (material) you need to clamp at the edge of the vise. This ensures secure and stable clamping while eliminating the risk of vise misalignment.

All dog holes are 19mm (3/4”) diameter. There are additional dog holes on front edge which can be used for vertical clamping with combination of front and side vises. Legs have three dog holes to support vertical clamping of stock.
