Record Power 4-prong Drive Center - 2MT

The traditional 4-prong drive center is designed to give a strong hold to timber using the principle of opposing tooth profiles. The central point of the tool secures the drive center in place, the four teeth around it grip the timber securely and the opposing tooth pattern ensures the wood fibers are pulled together to reduce the chance of splitting.

The smaller 5/8" (16 mm) drive center is great for small to medium-sized spindle stock and the larger 7/8" (22 mm) diameter drive center is ideal for use on large square or round profiled spindle stock.

These "Coronet Hawk" Drive Centers are made at Record Power's in-house manufacturing facility in Sheffield, England.
