If for any reason you are not satisfied with any stock item purchased from Highland Woodworking, return it to us within 60 days of receipt (30 days for Festool tools) and we will promptly replace it or refund the purchase price of that item, according to your preference.

Orders are processed soon after receipt and are usually shipped within 2 business days via FedEx ground or US Mail, depending on location and weight.
We do not ship combustible materials by air.
If we are out of stock on an item, we will either back order or cancel that item according to any special instructions entered with your order or our ability to source the product.

Shaper Pro Care
Shaper Pro Care is designed with the professional Origin owner in mind. Enhanced support and Hot Swap repairs reduce the possibility of project delays and help ensure that you meet your deadlines.
If you experience a problem with your Origin and the Shaper support team is unable to resolve the issue in the field, the tool will be immediately exchanged for a replacement unit. All costs are covered by Shaper. Shaper Pro Care also includes live phone support which is available in English between the hours of 9.00 am - 5.00 pm Pacific Time (Monday - Friday).
Shaper Pro Care coverage lasts for the duration of your Origin’s warranty period.
Due to Shaper policy, Highland Woodworking cannot ship Shaper products outside the U.S. Any Shaper order that we ship requires a U.S. shipping address.
